Connect is an AI-powered customer support platform that enables businesses to communicate with their users through:

  • Live chat widgets
  • Dashboard and analytics tools
  • Integrations (including Slack and other third-party platforms)
  • AI-assisted responses powered by our infrastructure

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

4. AI Usage and Limitations

Connect includes built-in AI features powered by third-party AI providers.

By using our AI features, you agree that:

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months

11. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time.
